I am being honored with thick New York strips on the grill, had them specially cut by the butcher today - they are marinating in my secret sauce as we speak!

Daughter-girl loves lobster and I'm going to make her select LIVE ones from the supermarket ice and then have her boil them for dear old Dad....she's not sure about that one..LOL!

Can’t help it ... I have to write Aussie and it comes over when I write home and here. My folks say I’ve picked up an Aussie accent when I talk to them via Skype ....LOL

Plumbing is good with the exception of the kitchen sink.

On the verge of planting..Soil has been tilled.. It is very rocky. Couple of raised beds built.

No fence yet...The six weeks of rain delayed us and then the priority moved to planting and plumbing..As soon as the garden is in we’ll get to the fence.

Garden in town is going gang busters..Harvested some smallish spuds and plenty of kale and lettuce.. replanting those areas with green beans.

Moist wound beds heal better with less scarring then dry ones..Neosporin very recommended.
