I’m all for E-Verify. The data base has been shown to be accurate and the percentage of error very small. Fake documents can be smoked out and illegals are not hired at the get go. It also helps with audits of employers as a lot of rejected queries show who is recruiting illegals.

We need to combat illegel immigration on many fronts, employer hires, borders, catch and DEPORT, Etc.

I just think the third and fourth parts of this bill-especially the fourth one -make any of the enforcement provisions worthless.
