Larry Sinclair picks up on the "Dinner with Barack" lottery here http://www.larrysinclair.org/2011/06/16/obama-2012-dinner-with-barack-campaign-identical-to-2008-effort-ruled-illegal-in-multiple-states/ but the 2012 version is legal because no purchase or donation is necessary to enter. This does not change the likely fact that Obama committed a crime in 2007-2008 when he ran similar lotteries without the option of not making a donation. If Larry Sinclair can give this legs, we might get an impeachment out of it yet.
