FOX now saying that he is being "uncooperative." Sounds like some threat of waterboarding might be needed. Hmmm
He has a record for three counts of auto theft. A real upstanding representative of our U.S. Marines. Geeze, wonder why the Marines have kept him, or when he committed the auto thefts.

He was out on bond for the 27 car break-ins in Leesburg which happened about 3 weeks ago. Justice in Virginia is swift, they caught him the next day, but I doubt that he's been convicted yet. Details

If I had to guess, I would say he might have done the auto thefts as a civilian and got a waiver for them upon enlistment. If he would have done them as a Marine, he would have been in the brig and discharged.
