I’ve seen young men with their drawers down below their buttocks, boxers exposed...I usually steer away from them in public so my daughter doesn’t see. I heard about this on KKOB today and can’t figure out for the life of me why he didn’t just pull his pants up! Now he’s in jail awaiting bonding out on $11,000 bond and likely will end up losing his scholarship over this. Isn’t negative publicity and being arrested a reason for schools to pull a scholarship?

I realize his friend died but geez, did he leave his sense behind when he left NM?
