There surely has been no shortage of special favors for labor unions under ObamaCare. But it increasingly appears that the ObamaCare waivers doled out by the Dept. of Health and Human Services are not among them.
While this had long been a contention of conservatives (including Capital Hill) given the seemingly disproportionate number of waivers that went to unions, two new pieces of evidence strongly suggest that political favoritism is not playing a role.

Any article with the word “Probably” in the title is journalistic dumbassittude of the highest order
Don’t write an article if you DONT KNOW for certain. ‘Probably’ means nothing
HHS can’t allow the corruption to be too obvious.
” evidence strongly suggest that political favoritism is not playing a role. “
Political favoritism *not* playing a role in something the Obama Regime does??
That’s man-bites-dog, “STOP THE PRESSES”, “Drudge Siren” NEWS!!!!!!

I think what he means is that it’s a different form of political favoritism rather than special consideration for the unions. The real question is: who gets the waivers, and how is that decided? My guess is that it always requires connections, such as the waivers in Pelosi’s district.
how about HEARINGS on it!
how will we know the answers to your questions unless congress has hearings on it!
The waivers favor repeal.
IBD is generally good however waivers are up to 1400.
This means our personal health is simply a political bargaining chip to someone that does not care about us.

Aren’t unions exempt from the tax on “Cadillac Health Plans”? There’s your exemption.
Poor reasoning on the part of the blog author. A majority of the waiver denials were unions — that doesn’t disprove union favoritism; we don’t know the number of people covered by those plans, and we can’t compare that to the number of unions getting waivers.
We don’t know how many unfavored groups are not even bothering to ask for waivers. We don’t know if the unions are being coached on how to file requests that meet the criteria they claim to be using.
