Obama to host congressional picnic

WASHINGTON—President Barack Obama and the first lady are having members of Congress over to the White House this evening for a picnic. It will be held on the South Lawn. Vice President Joe Biden will also be there. Earlier in the day, the president will get his daily briefing. In the afternoon he and the vice president will meet in the Oval Office with Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who is resigning the end of this month.

If the Republicans had any sense of right and wrong (which they don't) or could just remember why they were entrusted with a majority in the house (which they don't) or could see how this administration has castrated them and made them ineffective (which they don't) or not listen to the ruling elites in their hierarchy (which they won't), they would cancel their RSVP and get to work on defunding every activity on Obamalamdingdong wish list. Start with Executive Branch czars and then the EPA. Damn these fools.
