Looks like Bay 5. I roamed those boardwalks as a child. Bay 1 had better waves. Played basketball at the brighten 2nd street park and played handball off ocean parkway.
Miss those days.
I should probably post a warning. I didn’t view the video I linked to - and now I’m not going to - but I hear from another blog that it includes footage a dying victim.
