Some of this rings a little hollow; until recently she was a member of conservative Lutheran denomination (WELS), but now she has joined the ELCA (larger, pro-abortion and pro-homosexuality).

That shocks me. Would you have a link that verifies that?(Not that I don't trust your word, but that is significant, and not in a good way, IMHO)

I don’t know that this has been reported. I came to know about it from a private conversation with someone who had talked to her former pastor.
