How does 25 or 30 children go missing and no one in the METRO Houston area sound the alarm!?!?!?

Sadly, I would imagine most large cities have that number - combined over the last few years I imagine. Some runaways, some to be hookers, homeless druggies, and also the abducted.
That’s what my Mom asked when she saw it. I agreed. Unless these are just children from multiple, separate missing persons cases who were all the victim of a sicko or sickos.
