This is just disinformation from the Rats and their accomplices in the state controlled media. There are (approximately) twice as many Rats as Republicans in the legislature, so many more Rats will be put in competitive districts. The new taxes were put up to a vote in 2009 and lost 61% against and 39% for. If anything, the politicians should be afraid to vote for the taxes. But the facts never get in the way of a good piece of propaganda by the media.
These crooks are just 2 seats in each house from supermajorities. They've held the legislature for over FORTY years now.
