Its going to be fun watching the folks on the left lining up to defend the little weasel and explain how what Mark Foley did was worse. Not only that, but Pelosi used Foley to indict the House leadership of Hastert.
Now that it's coming out that Weiner sent many, many sexts over the years, much of that must have occurred during Pelosi's House leadership, too.
How will Pelosi explain that what Hastert did was worse than what she did when she let this behavior go on under her management?

Yeah ... watched the Weiner this evening on the network news wiping away the tears of contrition. The “ I got caught in a lie ...” tears.

Here's the slant I put in the letter to the editor or the local liberal fish wrap: Why is it when Republicans are caught in evidently compromising, ethical failings the Republican leadership goes to the individual, explains the reality of life, and the individual resigns to save themselves further embarrassment or the party. But with Democrats, even if the regular members are disgusted, the individual never has enough honor or integrity to resign and their leadership does everything they can to get the individual into silent mode until their next election, especially if the person is the constant shrill anti-Republican voice of their party.
Bottom line: FEW DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS HAVE ANY PERSONAL HONOR, INTEGRITY, OR SENSE OF PROPRIETY IF THEY HAVE TO CONSIDER GIVING UP THEIR SELF-CONCIEVED POWER.

The dims are a party full of miscreants. Deviants, liars, deceivers and thieves, but I repeat myself. This little pervert is the type that will be exposing himself to school kids soon enough. Is there a NY politician that demands his resignation? I haven’t heard one. How about NY civilians? Crickets. How about the press? They tried to give him cover. How about congress? Any calls for the reprobate to resign? I haven’t heard any. What a disgusting evil government.

Wasn’t the guy running a ‘house of prostitution’ in the basement? Barney Frank didn’t resign. Has there ever been a dem who resigned over a scandal? The MSM tends to be understanding of Democrats...

Do you happen to know if Weiner made any public statements aboutn Lee when Leee was going through his scandel, prior to resigning? Would be neat to hear he did.

Considering his age and elected position, to be doing such reckless things, shows a real disconnect with reality. Lying after being discovered, like a school child, knowing full well that would be exposed as well, calls his mental health into question. No wonder he and Obama get along so well.

Are the all going to gang up and beat up the poor Weiner?
(Will the puns ever run out?)

Why should he resign. I want him to stay and become the official face of the demonratic party.
It was truly creepy-comical to watch elliot spitzer cover the scandal and lewd behavior of a fellow NY demonrat on his communist news network program tonight!

“So far, House Democratic leaders haven’t publicly demanded Rep. Anthony Weiner resign.”
But they will. My prediction is 48 hours.
