There already IS a palestinian homeland and its called Jordan.
Jordan IS Palestine.

Can we ever get a set of leadership in the fedgov that will take these declarations of war seriously and actually conduct WAR back on them?
Just one incident of this would definitely reduce the “calls to war” from these pissant little groups, especially Muslims, who only understand force, and will back down if anyone stands up to them.
