The Mexican reconquistas and their enablers filed suit against this law, and one federal judge nullified it with this statement:
"California is powerless to enact its own legislative scheme to regulate immigration. It is likewise powerless to enact its own legislative scheme to regulate alien access to public benefits."
So why do the Mexican hegemonists who claim to be "Americans" now think they can create a scheme to regulate alien access to public benefits?
They said over and over again that a state can't make a law about immigration. Apparently that's only when the state tries to deny benefits...but completely OK when they want access to the money.
And we won't even go into the point about violating the 14th Amendment by denying citizens of the other states the same benefits.
