As a transplanted Californian to Dallas Metro, the really great news is we have IN N OUT Burger and Del Taco just announced 2 additional locations. Now, if we can only get Togo's, Pick Up Stix and Wahoo's! And Marie Callander's won't hurt with Claim Jumper too.

Del Taco just announced their return, not just two locations. They were here when I moved in in 1995, but closed their Dallas locations shortly thereafter.

Carl’s Jr finally started getting serious about Dallas area locations, too.

Claim Jumper I am not too concerned with — a Rudy’s is going up 5 minutes away from my house, right down the street from In ‘n Out! Now we need a Rubio’s and a Pollo Loco, with perhaps a La Posta and there’s perfection for you. Been here since March 2005 and wish I had made the move sooner.

Compare our state to ANY blue state and tell me our Governor isn’t great.

As a fellow California transplant, I was excited to see that Trader Joe's is coming to Texas!

You mean trying to create jobs instead of welfare creates jobs?

Well at least that’s one thing we’ve got over Miami. They may win the NBA title, but they still have to live in Miami.

Look for DOJ / EPA / NEA and others to show in Texas declaring all business, commerce and our entire way of life in violation of their “laws.” Stop orders will rain down and federal permits for stepping outside of the front door will be mandated.

ALL of the current special session of the Texas Legislature will be subject to review and denial by Homey-land Insecurity and Holder’s People.

What is there about leaving California to get away from California and going to Texas because it is the way that it is - successful.
Once in Texas I want to bring California with me.
Why not just accept Texas as Texas and adjust to its way and what it has??
