HTF can Americans vote for a guy like this?

Has the American talent for "sizing people up" been completely lost? This man is so obviously out of it that the only answer is that in his district, a majority of the electorate is also out of it ... "it" being some grasp on elementary reality.

Take a good hard look at your representatives, at your President. If they don't seem quite "normally sane" to you don't vote for them.

Sad, but you are right on point. This is only the beginning.

>>Surely they knew his patterns and could have detained him somewhere along the way before executing whatever warrant they had.MM

Please stop using logic during debates on this issue. You absolutely just ruin it by asking intelligent questions!

Yeah, I didn’t really get the relevance of that comment. So what if he has some rain gear and military gear in his storage unit. He served in the marines. They tend to use that kind of stuff unless they’re a REMF.

The man killed in a SWAT team raid last month had been under investigation by the Pima County Sheriff's Department for 20 months as part of a major drug and homicide investigation, Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said Tuesday during an editorial meeting with the Star.

Oh, OK. That's that then. When you release all those investigative records, that will certainly shed some light on all this. Maybe the raid was legit after all...

...But details of the investigation into Jose Guerena's activities won't be released because an informant for the Sheriff's Department could be in danger, Dupnik said.

Oh, I see. It's the double-secret-if-I-tell-you-I-have-to-kill-you-investigation. Well, you TELLING us there was one certainly clears the PCSD of any accusations of wrongdoing, incompetence, or cover-up. [facepalm]

Put me on the jury in a case like that and the homeowner walks. In fact that happened once in the late 1970s out in Western Maryland but that was before the internet age and you won't turn up anything about it on google.

I bet the guy moved far far away the week after his acquittal. Or died under mysterious circumstances within a year or two.

Watched for 20-months and all they found was a Border Patrol hat.

Fry him! Nah, they're such sharp investigative minds they prolly thought that meant he WAS border patrol, and they try to keep out the illegals, which makes him Dipstick's enemy, so they HAD to take him out...

Send sheriff Joe to investigate. He can then put him in pink underwear....

Would he have to wear the MCSO-issue pink undies or could he just keep wearing his own?

The guys lawyer correctly pointed out that on St. Valentine’s Day, 1929, all of Al Capone’s employees were dressed up like cops... Jury took about fifteen minutes to find the guy totally innocent. That was for wasting two state cops and at least two federal agents who had busted his door down with no warning or anything of the sort on a bad tip.

Well, you have to understand this is the People's Republic of Tucson, so there's no actual Americans living there. UofA. We didn't want Kalifornia to feel bad about Berkeley so we created Tucson. These are the people who want to secede from Arizona.

What happened, Doll, is that Barney Fife 'A', the "Shield Man," tripped and fell as he entered the front door.

Did Dupnik admit it? If true, the cover-up is much worse than the event that triggered this mess. It would explain the silence and delays about releasing the text of the search warrant.

He doesn't have to. It is in the first reports. The SWAT Stormed the front door, when the shield guy fell. Those behind dragged him out to "safety" while the mob behind provided "covering" fire. 71 rounds. Had to be three SWAT officer shooting, or more likely blindly spraying.

The victim NEVER fired a shot. I'll alsd wager that those goons who were laying down fire with their M-16's, being bunched behind the "Shield" goon, NEVER even saw him as they dragged the Shield goon back, dragging one way, spraying fire the other.

That must have been the report when they said he fired the first shot. Been pretty silent since they backed away from that. Except for the awful video they released, that one did not help their case at all.

This type of crap MUST STOP.

We are approaching a month and damage control is moving very slow.
