I don't know what the law is in Arizona; but mmany states require that warrants be entered in the public record.

If a warrant is valid, sound, based on good evidence, and executed properly -- then why would it need to BE public record?

That is, isn't one of the purposes of making warrants public so that the public can be made aware of BAD warrants?

“If they were investigating him, then he must have been guilty. And therefore he deserved to die. I get it now.”

There, see, you’ve made it all plain as day. That’s why you’re called Clear Case guy!

Seriously, I am supposed to believe some drug/murder gang member is working a night shift in a mine?

They raided 4 houses that day, isn’t that right? Did they arrest anybody? Is anybody going to be charged?

They are not going to be able to sweep a dead ex-Marine under the rug. The mere fact that they are trying to do that really makes the cops look guilty.

I believe Dupnik is mentally compromised. Not only does he verbalize bizarre thoughts but he is at the epicenter if the two worst events in my city, in my lifetime. I pray José Guereña will not have died in vain and SWAT is shut down.

One of the houses that was raided was unoccupied. It is owned by Guerena’s mom, Bertha. Bertha works at the Casino del Sol which can be seen from Jose Guerena’s neighborhood. Reportedly, the house had a lot of furniture in it, and the furniture was wrapped in some kind of plastic wrapping or something like that. I am too lazy to look it up right now. That house was raided later on May 5. The only thing I remember that they found in that house was an ID belonging to Jose Guerena’s sister-in-law, I think. Or maybe it belonged to one of the Celayas.

They found a storage unit. Dupnick revealed that bit of into on Tuesday. It took them two weeks after they killed Jose Guerena to find the storage unit, and it is leased in Guerena’s mom’s name.
