“19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
If what you are reading doesn’t indicate where your heart is, what does?
Mr. Rogers...frankly I would advise you to look after your soul. You do not know me.
I agree...our treasure and reward is grace, and with it, we get to enjoy a walk through eterenity in a relationship with God. Frankly my reward is going to be just to see all the wonderous things in the universe he has created...because what he created here on earth is awesome and more wonderous sometimes than I can behold.
As long as what I am reading doesn’t effect my relationship with God, as I wait for him to take me home, there is absolutely no harm in it. There are much scarier things in the Revelation that are likier to be real, than are in these books of teenage tales.
