"The Wiener" claims his Twitter account was hacked. This does not ring true. Why would a hacker hack "The Wiener's" Twitter account to send only one photo to some girl in Washington State (who claimed to be his girlfriend) and then just leave without doing other hackings?

Not really all that odd. Someone broke into my house and all they took was my remote control. I looked all over for it, for hours. It was gone. Somebody stole it.

Then it got even more strange. Turns out they didn't actually steal it, who ever it was just put it on a shelf in the bathroom and then forgot about it. It was a good trick. Why would I look in the bathroom for my remote?

Haven't caught the thief yet...but I'm still lookin for him.

Its far more likely that "The Wiener" sent the photo himself. This elaborate "I was hacked" story does not ring true.

Or that she falsely claimed this, he assumed that she had, indeed, gotten something, and so, he not having sent it, it must have been that his account was hacked. The most likely explanation is the previous girlfriend pissed off at him getting married to someone other than her and doing something to make his life miserable.

This is a perfect chance for conservatives to push weiner to report the hack. He’s a sitting member of congress and should report hacks into personal accounts...right? He sould be urged to post the evidence of the hacks in all newspapers. If he was pushed to report the hack and have it investigated this will put him in a very bad situation.
