It’s one of the reasons that even the far-left ABA purports to expect appellate-judge nominees to have at least 12 years experience either on the bench or practicing law. (Yet you, with only two years of very thin law practice and zero years on any bench, somehow got a “well qualified” rating from the ABA.)
