Well, Monica had sperm all over her blue dress, but both parties agree that was consensual sex. So the mere presence of sperm on her dress isn’t dispositive, IMHO. But it surely constrains the nature of the lies DSK can toss out there without completely losing credibility. My guess is that with this irrefutable evidence, the story line now will turn to this allegedly being a consensual encounter: he’ll probably claim she barged into the bathroom and offered her “services.”
