Schumer lies like this on a regular basis. What REALLY bothered me about this latest exercise in dishonesty is that no one in the media questioned it. His ridiculous assertions and misrepresentation were reported as factual representations of reality.
I watched a part of the dog and pony show they called the hearings on Big Oil. Schumer made an azz out of himself as always. He bullied these CEOs who could not say anything in their defense or expose any of the lies because the threat to their companies was very much implied. They just had to take it. The questions Schumer asked were ridiculous.
