I sure did. Actually, he said, "defend herself, BY herself".

I have always thought that 1967 borders would require a US military alliance and security guarantee.

Israel is never alone. The Lord will protect her and He will also punish the USA for this outrage. Expect another disaster to the USA in coming days. Heck, perhaps it already has..............
