If I recall correctly, at the time Hawaii allowed residents to come in a brief time later (as much as a couple weeks) an get their child registered. It had to do with living in a different age (they’re not as picky as today) and transportation to/from the outlying islands. So in effect anyone could walk in off the street and register their 2 week old baby.
Anyone who could afford a plane ticket could get a Hawaiian CLB and US citizenship.

The state can solve this mystery so quickly. All they have to do is check their records to determine if there is another baby’s birth certificate with the same number Obama is using. Why would the state of HI involve itself in a cover up?

The sequence may be interesting, but check the font used to create the right-most 1 digit in the serial number of the contested COLB. It does not have a downward hooking serif like the other 1 digits. You need to examine closely.

The dead baby was named Herbert Harrison O’Brien:
“We did a little followup work and found a death certificate for a Herbert Harrison O’Brien from the same hospital, dated August 5, 1961. The date of birth on that death certificate is given as August 4, same as little Barack Hussein Obama. But the funny thing is, there’s no corresponding birth certificate for baby Herbert.”

...there is a good explanation for Obama's cert number being after the Nordyke twins. The reason is simple and is likely why the number appears 3 days away (given number of births). When registering foreign-born children, it takes that long to file the certificate (a few days). There is even a space on the form that allows to cite the reason for the delay. Obama's doesn't have this reason, but what if the real cert .. a Foreign-born cert., has this number? It would explain the numerical gap in the number sequencing between Obama and the twins.
I keep wondering if and when there is anyone or persons or mechanism to put all the bc info in a package such that some final resolution is made. This is not to suggest that all the stuff from both/all sides should be discarded as of no significance to USA history or future.
Only the article he cites doesn't state that. It says nothing at all about how and when the numbers get stamped onto the certificates. What am I missing?

it’s already been established by law enforcement that the document is a forgery. of course, no charges have been filed.
why you ask?
because 0bama has never OFFICIALLY SUBMITTED the birth certificate to any governmental office. that would be fraud. a jpeg on a website is nothing.
of course, he has used a ssno on his tax returns that is not his. THAT is fraud... and still, no charges filed.
moral of the story: if you’re a democrat official high enough in the party, the law will not be applied to you.
