That’s the money picture for billboards across the country if Newt persists beyond the first few months of his ego-driven agenda. Tom Coburn’s book, Breach of Trust, shows Newt for the negative collaborator that he was after the 1994 election, and still is.

Newt is a very, very bright guy who is all about ego and winning. The fact that he had some brilliant ideas and strategies that assisted the conservative cause in 1994 doesn't mean that he has, at heart, any interests other than his own.
The man is extremely intelligent, well read and an original thinker; in the proper cabinet or advisory spot he could still be invaluable to the cause of liberty, however, to quote Charlie Sheen “It's WINNING DOH!”, and Newt would rather win (prove to the world how smart Newt is) if it meant waking up next to Ms Pelosi, than lose.

How did I miss Coburn’s book? I have irritated a number of FReepers by looking forward to a Newt candidacy, but not anymore! His genius is lost in space if he thinks he can attract anyone but the Left with stupid remarks against Ryan when Newt couldn’t pull a plan out of a sock and stick to it. I am so mad at him.
