I'm not even sure that would be true. Gingrich seems to be an excellent person to go to for ideas and advice, but I don't really see him as having the qualities to make decisions -- he's an "idea guy" not an "decider".
Totally right. On a talk show last night, he praised Obama for getting bin Laden, and said that he's right for not releasing the pictures.
No one with real leadership qualities talks like that. A serious candidate for office also doesn't put their foot in their mouth like that, right out of the gate.
An excellent way to describe him! And for that very reason I am delighted to see him officially in the race. He will make any debate that includes him a whole lot more lively than it would have been without him.
He brings a lot to the table. Much of it not very good for him. But it would be a shame to deprive our side of his knowledge and understanding of history, Washington, DC and politics because of his personal shortcomings.
To deprive our cause of the benefits he can bring to it is, IMHO, to punish us for something he did.
Although not my last choice for nominee he's pretty far down the list, but I could certainly vote for him over Obama!
