Jan 3, 2011 ... Maryland's lawmakers face a $1.6 billion deficit challenge when they return to Annapolis. How and where do they find money to give subsidize college educations to illegals ? Are they cutting programs meant to help Americans and using said money to benefit illegals ?

This will allow us to have a more highly educated ILLEGAL! workforce,” O’Malley said shortly before a bill-signing ceremony began. This is an American who cares not about the people who elected him, he does what he damed well pleases.

Why don't they just pass out absentee ballots to every citizen of Mexico or South America?
This Land is Their Land.

Succession is no longer a radical idea. I want to be free of the parasite host states.

American kids from out of state should sue for discrimination unless they also are given the “in state discount”.

Why in the world would any illegal immigrant pay in-state tuition to the state of Maryland. Why wouldn't they just sneak into the classroom and take a seat? That's how they got to Maryland.
Illegal immigrants; filling the university classrooms that Americans won't fill.

What's ironic is an illegal alien can get in state tuition no questions asked, but if a life long citizen and resident of a neighboring state has to either pay the huge nonresident tuition rate or move to Maryland and live there two years to qualify for in state tuition, and if they lie about their true residence or how recently they've moved to the state they can face civil and criminal penalties. Maryland takes this very seriously and has gone after many students for living across the border in Virginia but claiming the instate tuition rate.
