Wouldn’t a relay, perhaps to to the chopper equipped with a satellite transmitter be the more likely scenario? A 300 ft aperture is pretty large but video takes bandwidth and I would be surprised if you could close that link at bandwidths that would give decent video quality.
You are talking about greater than 80 DB of gain with a 300+ foot
dish at 22,000 miles. No boosters or relays would be required.
