GWB never let UBL stay alive. All such talk is just hyperbole nonsense. If GWB ever had actionable Intel that put UBL at a given location the Dogs of War would have been released on him. Of that I am assured.

It was the leadership and constant pressure pushed by GWB for 7 1/2 years that led to us finally getting that actionable Intel on UBL. For that, the man should be thanked.
