Hoping you forgot the sarcasm tag here, but in case you’re serious - it’s about undermining the Second Amendment and giving Obozo and his shoeshine boy Holder the excuse they need to enact more gun laws.
They started the talking points about “American guns in Mexico” a while back, which tells me they’ve been conspiring for quite a while over this. And then we get the US Border Agent shot and murdered with one of the guns the ATF and others involved let go through. That’s their “Bloody Shirt moment” - except they got CAUGHT, and their little conspiracy is unravelling now.
What we need to know is WHO gave the orders, WHEN they gave the orders, and who else was involved. And then they need to be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. For Murder as well as treason.
Either the law applies to ALL of us, or all bets are off.

Treason, per definition in the Constitution itself, might be a bit of a stretch, although I myself consider 'waging war' against the Bill of Rights to be 'waging war against the United States'. We may have trouble getting a court to agree to that premise.
Fortunately, the RICO act could be used, and since the BP agent *was* murdered, then any, and *all* involved in the conspiracy are opened up to a possible death sentence for their part in this conspiracy...
