U.S. immigration officials have decided that an undocumented college student apprehended by authorities after driving without a license can stay in the United States for another year, the student said.
Reached by phone as she rushed to class Tuesday evening, Kennesaw State University student Jessica Colotl said the decision was "like a big present."

Skipping classes and cheating on exams that Americans won’t do.
Much like the previous administration, the current one could not give crap one about our immigration laws. The only thing Obama hasn’t yet done that actually sets him apart from Bush on the issue is to call the arresting officers “vigilantes.”
The American dream is for Americans, and those who wish to become real Americans via legitimate channels.
If she’s an “Undocumented Georgia university student,” how do they know what classes she’s taking, what her grades are, or even, for that matter, what her name is? And how in the world would they know if she had enough credits to graduate, and “live the American dream?”

What turns me against her, is how outspoken and demanding she has been since first caught, as if she is entitled to be here, even though she is illegal.
Her attitude provokes apoplexy. She's outrageous and beyond the pale.

I tell you what, let’s remove her but after removing the real criminals, those that are illegally here and commit other crimes.
Let's see. Driving without a license (state crime), no insurance or false insurance (state crime), application to college - fake SSN (federal crime), any loans or other aid - false SSN (federal crime), any job in her life (federal crime)? Prosecute her on all crimes with consecutive terms. After her 10 -15 years in the penitentiary, then DEPORT her!
She is also a felon if she is using another person’s SSN. Every ilegal alien that is doing so is a felon and should be barred from future legal immigration.
