They pay their fines, won't piss in your squad car, don't throw feces at the jailer, cower in front of a judge, and will deplete every asset they have to stay out or get out of jail. Overcriminalization is downright profitable.

 Agreed on all counts. Great thread, though it didn't garner the attention it should.  There was once a time when I thought things might get better. I don't think that any more.
