Now the news is coming out about how much Obama was dithering. Finally he came back when everything was ready to roll, said he needed to sleep on it, and ducked out of the room, leaving the folks stunned, and came back after 16 hours and said to proceed. So those guys who were ready to roll were kept in a state of readiness for a long time waiting for Barry to finally make up his mind.
