They are trying to make it slow, painful and costly for Boeing so as to dissuade other companies from doing the same.

The NLRB KNOWS they will not prevail.

A frivolous interference if there ever was one.

I sure hope you’re right. If the courts don’t uphold Boeing management’s right to run its own company, then the US will end up in much bigger economic trouble than we’re in today.
