Obviously, the ocean heat data prior to 1980 reveals both large increases and decreases of an inconvenient nature that the NASA scientist does not want to bring any attention to.
Of course, if the NASA scientist wasn't just pursuing a political agenda he might of also have brought attention to the fact that the majority of ocean basins (5 of 7) have recently been losing heat, or are flat, in direct contrast with his hypothesis that they are gaining from a CO2-caused energy "imbalance."

Global Warming data fabrication and making muslims feel good. That’s NASA’s current charter. Given that making muslims feel good is nearly impossible, GW data fabrication seems like a good gig.

I miss the America I grew up in too, before a large part of the Baby Boom generation replaced the personal values of honesty and integrity with a new approach to life: do anything to get their personal agenda implemented. That’s what I see happening among global warming supporters and bureaucrats at the EPA and NASA—they have tossed out honesty and integrity and replaced those traditional values with a “do anything to win” approach.
Excellent question. Hopefully someone can explain why are tax dollars are still going to pay for shoddy “research” into “climate science.”
Don’t the ocean temperatures lag something like 400 years behind the air temperatures?
