Yes, when the w/b ratio was 60/40, it was a nice city, but it has flipped to 40/60, and it has gone down the tubes.
I understand it is now number one for murders.
I now have only a daughter living on the edge of the city.
When the people begin to elect leaders whose #1 priority is robbing the treasury, the city is doomed.
