Are there just urinals in men's rooms? would you be ok if the transgender was in a stall doing its business next to your boys?
I don't know, do we call every man who loses his penis a woman? whether through elective or emergency surgery?
If you tuck-it and wear falsies are you good to go and covered by the law? Is the Mens and Ladies room the XY and XX room or can we all just fudge it?
I'm all for the third bathroom if this is going to be a common occurrence in today's society.
Just trying to address the current misinformation and situation. Don’t go blowing my mind. I don’t like public facilities as it is. Never know what’s coming in or going out.
Now I have a bunch of people over my house for Easter dinner today and I am not segregating the bathrooms between male and female.
Can somebody explain the need to have separate public restrooms for the genders?
Because at your house your bathrooms, I assume, are one-zees.....
Your guest may have a problem if you provided a bathroom without a door so anyone of any sex could waltz in - and because it didn't have a door the connecting room would technically be in the same space....say a female guest is using the commode and a male guest decided to piss in the sink - that would be why....as a hypothetical reason to your hypothetical question.
I should preference this in that when I went to college I was in Co-Ed dorms where each floor had the unisex bathrooms - but it was known and it was a choice of the students whether they wanted Co-Ed or not (and there weren’t any urinals on those floors)
But, as we all know, the real world and college world are worlds apart - just like your bathroom and a public bathroom are worlds apart.
Well I just think that everybody needs to act as mature adults and be able to perform bodily functions in a common area in a civilized manner. This separate restroom business is a bunch of baloney.
I never said the assault was justified.
That doesn't change the fact that it is not smart thing to do to get into an argument about transgendered rights with a couple of deranged gangsta girls.
Because it makes it less likely men will assault, rape, ogle or come on to a woman in a place where she is taking part of her clothes off and is vulnerable to all that.
Actually I disagree with that. The kinds of assaults you speak of tend to take place away from public areas such as restrooms.
I suppose the people hyping the story figure that a mentally unbalanced, sexually confused member of a politically protected class makes a sympathetic victim. (shrug) Everybody gawks at a freak show.
