It’s all about using aliases and playing the system.
Maybe he’s finally played out.
Obama presents himself as someone who feels he IS qualified to be President.
SO, If he'd like to change his story and produce a certified long form of his birth certificate (and show all history and changes to it) that might show that his father is someone else, then we're willing to see it and weigh the evidence.
However, then he's stuck with the fraudulent use of identities, SS#s, etc.
Sucks to be him.
