I was thinking of Giffords just today. I don’t believe she’ll ever recover enough to resume being an effective congresswoman.

I thought by AZ law that had to be done within 2 months of inability to fulfill duties of the office, so why hasn’t anything been done yet? Oh, that’s right, it’s the rats.
