President Barack Obama told an “Easter Prayer Breakfast” held at the White House on Tuesday morning that the resurrection of Our Savior Jesus Christ puts everything in perspective.
“I wanted to host this breakfast for a simple reason--because as busy as we are, as many tasks as pile up, during this season, we are reminded that there’s something about the resurrection--something about the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ, that puts everything else in perspective,” Obama told a group of Christian clergymen and government officials in a brief speech in the East Room.
“And that’s why we have this breakfast,” Obama said. “Because in the middle of critical national debates, in the middle of our busy lives, we must always make sure that we are keeping things in perspective. Children help do that. A strong spouse helps do that. But nothing beats scripture and the reminder of the eternal.”

Somehow I couldn’t imagine Obama saying those words as if in a normal conversation.

Funny, it was just 2006 when he denounced the Bible in a public speech slamming both the Mosaic Code along with the Sermon on the Mount. Now...nothing beats Scripture.

One thing you’ll never hear from a liberal “Christian” is any scripture about the exclusivity of salvation through Jesus Christ.
And if you don’t believe and confess that exclusivity,
you’re denying what He did was necessary for salvation.

Do you know "what season" it is? Do you know who "we" are? Do you know what "we" are being "reminded" of? Do you know what "something" there is "about" the ressurection?
You do? Good. Now here's the final question:
Do you think Obama has the same answers as you?
He wants you to presume he does.
But he did not say so.
Muslims have no problem speaking about Christ, they don’t believe he is the son of God, or a Savior, they believe he was a prophet whose lessons were fragmented and Mohammad had to come to finish the message.
That makes them think they are knowledgeable and Christians have no clue, infidels, etc...And when we tell them they are wrong and there is only one savior and no other path to Heaven it becomes blasphemy..
But every lib DOES have the core value that Christianity is not THE ONLY WAY to salvation.
He’d lose more of his base than he’d gain of discerning Christians by stating the confession of exclusivity.

I am not bothered by folks who decide to believe in other paths,their choice, I look at it as they are not called to life in heaven and have the right to do so, I just wish that they could understand that Christ told us the truth, to Jews, to Islamist to anyone who would seek Him, there is no other path to God.
All other paths were severed by God with Christ on the cross.
If there is any feeling of superiority in that it is simply God proclaiming His superiority to our decisions, follow Him, you will come to Jesus feet...and be free.
Not like liberals, no need to lie to achieve the goal...no manipulation of superiority, just the truth...

It’s just Democrat BS to go after the Christian voters. They spelled out their playbook after 2004. They called it the “God Gap” and said that they would go after those voters.
When they outted the 2 gay Republicans in 2006, it was to turn off Christian voters to those Republicans and the party in general (which is why they erroneously claimed that the scandal went to the top of the GOP who knew and did nothing while a subsequent Congressional investigation showed that the media AND the DNC knew more, earlier, and CHOSE to sit on it as an October Surprise).
Where is Obama’s baptism certificate? He’s no Christian. Still hasn’t found a church in DC.
