He has ALL of TV, the media and Hollywood churning out propaganda that he is god on earth and a saint. Fox is covering for him too. The public, for the most part - especially TV viewers, are sheep.

I’m surprised that his approval rating is that high. Gallup leans left. And even Rasmussen seems to be pulling its punches in recent months, perhaps after having been threatened.
