I think it was Rush who said the Trump is providing a road map on how to defeat Bambi. You have to go against him and the democrat/media complex relentlessly, continuously, and not flinch.

Whoever does this the best needs to be our nominee, we can't repeat the McCain marshmallow campaign. Bambi is not liked nearly as much as the media would have us believe, nor is he impossible to beat.

I think the recent revelation concerning the SS card is probably part of his investigation.

Obama, like Romney, is not eligible for POTUS.

Trump and Palin = PATRIOTS

Obama and Romney = Unnatural Americans, Natural Fascists

Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report
"The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an “original birth certificate” on record.
BC1. If the birth was attended by a physician or mid wife, the attending medical professional was required to certify to the Department of Health the facts of the birth date, location, parents’ identities and other information. (See Section 57-8 & 9 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

BC2. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then all that was required was that one of the parents send in a birth certificate to be filed. The birth certificate could be filed by mail. There appears to have been no requirement for the parent to actually physically appear before “the local registrar of the district.”
It would have been very easy for a relative to forge an absent parent’s signature to a form and mail it in.
In addition, if a claim was made that “neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as above provided is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local registrar shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate.” (Section 57-8&9)
.... there is and was no requirement for a physician or midwife to witness, state or report that the baby was born in Hawaii.

BC3. In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or midwife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, a “Delayed Certificate” could be filed, which required that “a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing or the alteration [of a file] shall be endorsed on the certificates”, which “evidence shall be kept in a special permanent file.”
The statute provided that “the probative value of a ‘delayed’ or ‘altered’ certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence.” (See Section 57- 9, 18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).”

BC4. If a child is born in Hawaii, for whom no physician or mid wife filed a certificate of live birth, and for whom no Delayed Certificate was filed before the first birthday, then a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth could be issued upon testimony of an adult (including the subject person [i.e. the birth child as an adult]) if the Office of the Lieutenant Governor was satisfied that a person was born in Hawaii, provided that the person had attained the age of one year.
(See Section 57-40 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961.)
In 1955 the “secretary of the Territory” was in charge of this procedure. In 1960 it was transferred to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor (“the lieutenant governor, or his secretary, or such other person as he may designate or appoint from his office” §338-41 [in 1961]).

In 1982, the vital records law was amended to create a fifth kind of “original birth certificate”. Under Act 182 H.B. NO. 3016-82, “Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that the proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”
In this way “state policies and procedures” accommodate even “children born out of State” (this is the actual language of Act 182) with an “original birth certificate on record.”

“She’s not turning birther necessarily”

As the saying goes I think she is keeping her “powder dry” for the right moment to attack. Trump is just the opening salvo of the 2012 campaign.

Palin has not ‘turned birther’. She is merely applauding the individual pursuing their own thing as long as they are not hurting innocents and using their own money/resources. Plus the fact that Trump is willing to actually put his money where his mouth is in searching for the truth; not just ‘throwing stones from the sidelines’. Palin said she was not doubting o being born in HI, but there could be something he is trying to hide by spending a couple of million dollars.

Bambi is not liked nearly as much as the media would have us believe, nor is he impossible to beat.

Rassmussen posted Zero's lowest-ever Strongly Support number today. It's at 19. His hard-core, zombified base is at least 21% of the electorate. Two percentage points off that, means that a full 10% of his drones are now dissatisfied with him.

That's huge.

You have to go against him and the democrat/media complex relentlessly, continuously, and not flinch. Whoever does this the best needs to be our nominee...

There's only one person who has relentlessly gone after Obama and the MSM over the last three years with real courage, and without flinching, and that is Sarah Palin.

I don't know about the rest of you, but my memory isn't confined to one or two news cycles, and I'm not impressed by people who are only now beginning to speak out against Zero and his Marxist administration.

Why would she ‘turn birther’ now? Could it be that she now sees serious money available for serious research on the issue?

"I am Richard Brandon" has a point. I don't think he means Palin is now trying to make some money on all this.

Before Trump, it was a bit risky for anyone to be a "birther." There was no solid proof out there, and no one had the big money needed to find the truth.

But Trump has the serious money to look into all this. And the truth will come out. So now it's time for every politician to place their bets. And Sarah is betting that there's something to it.

Then he needs to re-phrase his comment. It reads as though he thinks that she's looking to cash in on Trump's research money.

You and I are in agreement, however, on why Sarah would publicly give Trump a thumbs up on his quest. It's really a no-brainer. No serious contender for the Republican nomination can raise the bc issue beyond a bare mention, because they don't have the unassailable positioning that Donald Trump does.

Trump can't be hurt. The rest can be destroyed.

As I've said over and over; I admire and appreciate Donald Trump for the great service he's doing for our nation, but I can't possibly consider him as a serious contender for the nomination. He simply doesn't possess the conservative bona fides to earn my support.

That said, "More power to him!"

Ha, you wish! I love that Trump is bringing out the fact that BO’s past is totally hidden. Why is it hidden? What is he hiding? Whether Trump runs or not, we need to know the dirty little secrets of BO’s past.

Right like in a debate with whoever.. the question about Obama..

SOOooo... "when did he change Indonesian citizenship back to American citizenship?.."..
Where are the "records" of that event?... or did it happen "AT ALL"?....
Its common knowledge that he was an Indonesian citizen... by his own admission..

I think Sarah Palin is enjoying Trump going after the media that sent investigators into her backyard - even moved in next door.

I think she is ROFL that Obama’s backyard is getting the thrashing and trashing it has long deserved.

And what does Donald get out of it? Not buying it. Unlike Obama, Trump cares about America.

What does GE get out of its cozy relationship with obama? Tax breaks and cash from the healthcare bill for early retirees! What do the unions get for there cozy relationship with 0bama? Waivers from the healthcare bill and favorite status with the Dept of Labor!

Trump will get his payback from 0bama after he is re-elected.

interesting aspect to Jack Cashill's new book, "Deconstructing Obama," who argues he was in fact born in Hawaii, but under much different circumstances than he or his story claims. Cashill interviewed acquaintances of the mother at the time and claims he was born on Maui so as to hide the fact that he was illegitimate.

I can see him spending 2 mil to keep this from being publicized. Factors: ego, shame

By the way, quite a leap by Palin, going from "it's a distraction" to "more power to him".

LMAO! Yeah man.... Put down your crack pipe. What complete nonsense!

So you want to elect a gutless politician that would let an imposter violate the U.S Constitution rather than being labeled a racist. Yeah THAT’S someone I want in the White House.... NOT!

That still leaves his father’s citizenship,
and whether 0bama applied for admission and scholarships as a “foreign student”.

Yes. The first time I read it, I thought as you did. And I got a little upset, as you did. Then I reread it, and thought otherwise. I hope I'm right.

Trump can't be hurt. The rest can be destroyed.

That's the strength of Trump in all this. If anyone else - including Palin - said what Trump said, they'd be mercilessly attacked. But since Trump opened the door, the whole thing is now becoming a fair question to ask.

To 38 - You bring up a good point. Perhaps Obama is keeping the lid on his (long form) birth cert because he believes if he discloses that then he’ll be forced to come clean on the rest of the paper trail currently sealed.
