And how would he be removed? Disqualification? Impeachement for fraud?

People seem to have some kind of fantasy that proving Obama ineligible means he would be gone immediately and we’ll all ride skittle crapping unicorns.

The reality is that we would be looking at a long fight on capitol hill and the bad things going on now would continue.

To be removed or impeached as President, you first must actually BE President. If Obama is Constitutionally prohibited from being President, then the Act of Congress that allegedly made him President (Congress counts the votes of the Electoral College, and decides who won)—like any other act of Congress found to be Unconstitutional—never was an official act of Congress, and so Obama would never have been President in the first place.

If (and that is a BIG if) ObamaRamaDingDong is found to be Constitutionally unqualified to be President and is removed from office by whatever means, I assume the powers that be would follow Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution (and the 25th amendment to the U.S. Constitution), specifically the Constitutional rules for Presidential Succession.

For the scenario above, the Constitution states that in the case of the removal of the President from office or by his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President. That would mean that Joe 'Bite Me' Biden would become President for the rest of the current term.
