The reality is black and white. The reality is that Obama had to prove his eligibility to Congress in order to serve as a legal President BEFORE January 20th, 2009. If he had been able to do this he would have done so then. There would be no questions about whether he was eligible or not had this been done. Since we have nothing but questions, it hasn't been done. If he could not do this then, there is no credible way he can do it now.
an article i read recently indicated that originally the Hawaiian Elections or whatever is the official name DID NOT want to certify that obama was eligible to appear on the ballot. there was some discrepancy there. it wasn’t until the national DNC (pelosi, et al) intervened and then magically obama was permitted to appear on the ballot. this incident happened days before the general election. so it is at that exact point where the cover-up began.
if trump can get to the elections people who originally rejected obama’s candidacy, then that would lead to the real reason for the rejection. i believe the guy who was at the center of the controversy is now the lt. governor of hawaii.
Here's my guess as to what might be going on.
1. The democrats themselves know that they have overplayed their hand and are going to be crushed once again in 2012. They also know that their man is not legal and if this is discovered and acted upon, those two Supreme Court justices become open seats on the court. Facing electoral banishment for the foreseeable future makes holding on to these seats a liberal imperative as it is all they will have to show for a long time.
2. The Republicans have known his illegal status from the beginning and are holding back on action until such a time that THEY are in position to fill those two Supreme Court seats once they are reopened. This explains why they are reticent to discuss the birth certificate issue at this time. They'd rather discuss and act on it when it is in their best interest, politically. Doing so and having the result be blame for the removal as well as losing those seats to Biden appointees would be stupidity.
3. The Democrats know this and are doing whatever they can to goad the republicans into removing Obama because of this. They are running out of time to save those two seats and they know it. This is why Abercrombie and Trump have been in the news as well as why the news has been giving it more play. They want to pressure the Republican house into doing the dirty work. The pubbies aren't biting.
4. Since the time is running out on the Dems, look for them to initiate a sequence of events that results in Obama's removal as a "usurper". They will lose their Senate majority soon and will not be able to confirm Court appointees. They need Biden in office under a usurpation and no other scenario because the pubbies can prove their case whenever they wish. The dems have to do it before the pubbies get their chance.
5. Trump is the democrats plan "B" in that they hope he does what Perot did in 1992, split the conservative vote enough for a dem to squeeze into the White House. This is the only other protection they have for those two seats on the court.
In short, I think we are seeing the removal process in it's first choreographed stages.
1. First the Zero WH would try to ignore it. Play business as usual.
2. If it finally comes to a boil. They would argue in public then in the courts that he was born at his grandparents home in Hawaii. Prove he wasn't, in short prove a neagtive! If it exists here is the scraggly hand written note attesting to that fact it was an Hawaiian home birth. If that paper passes age & handwriting tests then that's likely enough for a court. Particularly a court desperate to get out from under the public eye & pressure. It still doesn't prove anything definitively since his grandparents could have lied on that paper. It would be in their interests to do so! Would there be a lawyer tough enough to make that argument? Maybe he exists? He will have to be relentless and well funded!
3. Court case would drag on for months, longer it goes the more it erodes the at first white hot public opinion against Zero. People finally just want it to go away.
4. Zero leaves office under a cloud, but since nothing definitive is decided he retains all the perks of an ex-president. Writes a history of his presidency, the press and he “beautifull people” fall all over it with praise. he make a cool $100 million on this piece of fiction.
5. Nothing changes there will be this huge constitutional eligibility hole that the Rats might try to drive another fraud through.
I really don't expect Congress to do anything more then hide. I would be very surprised if they try an impeachment. Because without the necessary votes in the Senate its a waste of time. I don't think they have to PR skill to sell it to the public, which they will have to do. (Yes its the right thing to do but its still a political act & process!) Also if you are arguing Zero isn't eligible then he isn't there to be impeached! Additionally I think the economy and the world will be in such shambles they won't have the time.
Your scenario fails to account for the fact that once this blows open, ALL documentation will be subjected to legal scrutiny, his passports, college admissions, draft registration, etc. His "natural born" argument will have no foundation whatsoever. In addition, he becomes fraudulent through misrepresentation as to what his real name is as a candidate. Once the book is opened on him, he will quickly be history, and in jail.
Now that's the part I pray happens.
The Twentieth amendment, section three places the burden of proving eligibility upon the President elect. It does not give him/her time to "court case" documentation. It will be prove eligibility or be arrested and immediately replaced by someone who is. If you think the people of this nation will allow this jerk time to maintain his illegal status while gaming the court system to buy time, you are mistaken.

You both ought to discuss what happens when a BC from another country surfaces for Barry Dunham, aka Barry Obama, aka Barack H. Obama. Events will move at first slowly then a sudden burst will have Barry resigning and a Constitutional crisis will ensue. Even that scenario accomplishes what Soros wants because the eroding collapse of the American economy is his and the globalist scum’s goal and Barry the Bastard is but a pawn in their game. His supposed ‘blackness’ has served them well, getting their dolt puppet into the power seat to get the final ball of destruction rolling.
My opinion Trump knows much more than he’s saying; he’s playing the media, “3 weeks ago I believed...” No, he knows all along.
And most importantly, he’s prepping the masses with statements that this “could” be greatest scam in history, that Zero “may” not be legitimate, placing reasonable doubts in the public’s mind about an “easily dismissed conspiracy! theory” yet that still hasn’t gone away, and why hasn’t the press done anything about it.
Next I believe he will start showing proof of Zero’s lies, establishing evidence of fraud. And it’s going to keep building. The conservative cowards in media will be forced to respond.
FR Legal eagles correct me if I am wrong here but will a US Court accept without question a foreign document, like a BC?Particularly one from Africa, I have said this before if you know anything about Africa one could go to Africa and return with a perfectly official looking BC for each and every member of FR! I can not see Barry go quietly, I think it will be bitterly and viciously fought in the courts, the constitutional crisis will result of the court battle. Federal officers & officials will be paralyzed because they won’t have any guidance on how to act and what to do. I agree with you regarding the Soros scenario, however I do see potential for this crisis being sharp but short and if the right leadership emerges a positive lesson for those willing to learn from it. The Soros scenario is not necesarily an economic Armageddon for the US. What Soros, Zero and many Rats don’t understand or have willfully forgot is, we the US are actually 51 governments, federal & the state governments. The federal government can be paralyzed for a period of time, some of the states will be likewise because past state governments have been irresponsible. The paralysis will last up until the federal election, then we will have a choice, to sweep it all away or sink. There is no way the federal government can cancel the election, they can try but our national election is 51 elections (I include DC!) some deeply Rat states might go along with the USG trying to cancel the elections but I doubt it. If the right choices and leaders emerge the big question is what to do next after things are stabilized.
On the other hand, if Barry the Bastard was born not in Hawaii and has an American black teen as his true father, the issues devolve further into the criminality of this lying S.O.B. The democrap controlled Congress was not going to pursue such facts because they are a criminal enterprise and actually like screwing over We The People.

If republicans elected to reprersent We The People in a federal government ever muster the spines to actually value OUR laws, a challenge to the lies and criminality could come forth. Until then, the Roberts court is as criminally guilty of protecting the abrogation of OUR Constitution as the criminal democrats are guilty of riding a known criminal to power, and the republican'ts are guilty of abandoning their oath to OUR Constitution. Frankly, we are witnessing what may credibly be the end of the We The People Republic. 'Long live the federal oligarchy' the People's Republic has been aborted.
1. If Zero's father is really Obama, Sr, he is not eligible because of his lack of the proper requirements for NBC. However that unfortunately is a losing political argument, and the courts unfortuantely have left this still somewhat undefined and Zero exploited the gap! He or his enablers knew the public was too ignorant of the Constitution to appreciate the legailites. Also they knew the public & the courts are cowed by shouts of racist racist!
2. I alternate from pessimism to optimism. I am pessimistic because of the general willful ignorance that people display about government, politics & economics. I am optimistic because of the inherent strength the Founding Fathers built into our system.(The dual sovereignty of state-federal gives us a very robust system!) It gives me hope that we might survive in spite of our general stupidity. Our system gives us several decision points where we can turn things around.
Imagine for a minute that the US Government can no longer sell its debt to anyone and the private banking system of the Federal Reserve has to buy up the debt offerings. This puts a light upon where we are now as China struggles to step away from our treasuries. Add the price of gas going to $5.00 + and the federal regulators tossing numerous monkey wrenches into the cogs of food production and energy usage and you have the final means to end the Republic via descent into chaos. Think about how each of those aspects can unfold realistically in our current state of affairs. ... Reality sux, big time.
