Attorney General Eric Holder says the Justice Department has a central role to play in tackling the problem of youth violence, but some education experts are skeptical of the federal governments hand in the matter. Wanna solve the problem?
Make the little hoodlums do real time in a real jail. Scrap the useless juvenile justice system.
Plus use RICO against all gang members, including their friends and associates. Then sweep the streets. Just being an associate or friend of gang-bangers is a crime under RICO.
But Holder would never do that against his “people”.
