Votes from the final precinct to be counted in the Wisconsin State Supreme Court race are in and tallied and with all the votes and precincts counted across the state, JoAnne Kloppenburg finishes with an unofficial lead of 204 votes over incumbent justice David Prosser.
The final precinct to be counted was the Town of Lake Mills in Jefferson County. Problems with the tally sheets delayed the vote count last evening until just before noon this morning.
Prosser has said he will ask for a statewide recount and given the close margin, the state will pay for it. The final margin was 740,087 for Kloppenburg and 739,883 for Prosser, both sides at 50 percent of the vote in this closely contested election.

We all know recount only benefits the candidate of only one party....
Ping
....great..... sigh
I wonder how many dead people voted early and as often as they could?? If our organizer in chief and his regime have their hands in it, the state will have 104% of the population voting.
In Wisconsin all close races are managed. They just pour in the number needed to win and add 280 more to the union representative running for the office or for the court.
Horsesh!t! She picked up 1100 votes all of a sudden since they stopped counting this morning? She’s a clueless old hippy with no judicial experience! Sorry. I’m not buying it.
Don’t you worry, after they find some ballots in the trunk of a car the lead will get much bigger than 229 votes.
I wonder how many illegals voted.................live, dead or otherwise.............
Recount WITH CHALLENGES OF ALL QUESTIONABLE DEM VOTES, please.
Dear God expose the voter fraud and reveal the devious manipulations of the ballots in the recounts.
I didn’t go to bed until between 4 and 5 am and now she’s winning???
Hell any democrat worth their progressive salt can gin up a couple hundred bogus votes.
I am sure some of Al Franken’s voter fraud gang can fix this in just a couple of days.
Not all is lost, just heard that Tim Pawlenty is being brought in to make sure everything is above board.
I am sure some of Al Frankens voter fraud gang can fix this in just a couple of days.
...shoot , less than 300 votes? shouldn’t take more than an hour or two to overcome that lead... this one’s one and done!
Thanks Repubs for playing but the crooked counters are in charge now!
ymmv

I am sorry, the liberal courts and liberal SOS will control the recount and according to them the only votes that are questionable are the one’s for Prosser.
In other news, the new Wisconsin Supreme Court has announced that all legislation passed by the Republican legislature now and in the future is void and will be void. Accordinly, please don’t bother passing anything and just turn over control to the Supreme Dictators, errr, I mean court.
hehe. good one!
Heavily Democratic precincts are almost ALWAYS the last ones to report in in tight races. I watched it happen in Virginia in 2006 when George Allen hung on to a tiny lead with 99% of the precincts in and then lost because most of the last ones to report were in inner-city Richmond and liberal Fairfax County outside DC. Same thing here. Does that mean they’re just sitting on them to fradulently make up votes? Who knows.
Voter photo ID laws NEED to be implemented nationwide and enforced. This isn’t a partisan thing—we shouldn’t be getting fradulent votes counted for our side any more than the Rats should. It’s just simple common sense.

The big surprise was the 559 votes she picked up in the last 9 precincts in Sauk County. Based on the other precincts, one would have projected a 300-350 vote gain. That’s the difference between a dead heat and a 200-vote lead.
This is where the rubber meets the road.
I guess now we’re all gonna find out what Scott Walker
is really made of.
My guess is the Liberal plan is to spin this out in court for 1+ year until Walker becomes eligible for recall, at which time he’s have no progress to show and would likely be a sitting duck.
