In CAnada, Toronto, there are women walking called "sluts". The women want to wear anything they want. Showing a 'little skin'. Apparently police said the way they dressed was asking for them to be raped. They don't care what they wear. They say what they wear shouldn't affect men to rape them. LOL
Jesse asks why don't women want to understand that there is more to them besides their bodies. The policeman who said this at a University speech has since apologized! Jesse doesn't know if he was made to, or did it on his own, but he was right. He was trying to help the women.
