From another stand point, the announcements didn’t verify anyone was born in Hawaii. A good piece was posted here on April 2 and is worth the read;

Indeed. And I still say the newspaper wouldn’t have cared if the info came from the DOH or a local citizen, it’s not like anyone was going to lie about a birth announcement, and if they had some reason to, that what was printed in some crummy newspaper meant anything....

Until now, when Bill O’Simpleton says it does.

That researcher claims to have proof that someone born outside the US still had their birth announced in the Hawaii papers. I wish he would publish that proof. That would make his case clearly.
