Qaddafi's forces are too careful to come out in the open and we need our spotters on the ground to paint future targets. Also, we need to tag the friendlies with IR signatures to keep them from being degraded.
The war will now enter a much more static phase until the rebels can consolidate and organize. Our teams will be there to help and also vet the new guys joining the rebels, many of whom are AQ, coming in from Iraq and Pakistan.

Pure, BS, we have no business there, pull out, no more nation building.

If we have forward air control on the ground, I feel sorry for those guys. They could not be embedded with a more incompetent armed mob as the Libyan rebels.
