There's little benefit in putting in a RINO, just to beat a Democrat. Collins, Snowe, Graham come to mind, and they vote and cave to Democrats like clockwork. Until MORE conservatives are elected, and politicians continue to depend on the money-machine known a the Republican Establishment, we will have more government intrusion, higher taxes, and ever-increasing spending.

Look at what we have in the House right now, with Boehner trying to get something done, and just accepting a token reduction in spending.....the Democrat passage of HUGE deficit spending on vote-buying and un-Constitutional over-reach is not being dismantled at all. The Czars remain, the Regulatory Agnecies remain, and even NPR is not being de-funded.

Then the GOP trumpets bills they propose that have no possibility of passing because Obama is prez. The Dems would win by hook or crook in the same situation.

But I also still remember all the knuckleheads here insisting we should have voted for Super Rino Michael Castle in Delaware. He was Scott Brown on steroids.

The “benefit” is having a Majority of 51 + gets you the Senate Leader position. The Senate Leader decides what will be voted upon, even if his Caucus is infiltrated with Scott Brown clones...

I have no love of RINOS, but we can use the analogy that a RINO is just a Democrat when we have a 90(R) / 10 (D) majority in the Senate. When that happens, you can cull the herd without losing control of the Senate Leadership.
